#1 🫀Health & 🧘🏼‍♀️Wellness

I can do better. My mom was recently diagnosed with pre-diabetes. I don’t want that. I dislike anything which would limit or constrain how I live. I much prefer (though don’t always act accordingly) to live in a way that will be sustainable. I need to get more consistent.

  1. Daily Movement. Training 3x week. Exercise 4 x weeks. Find a sport I enjoy and work out to support the sport.

  2. The training component is to work towards basic health standards of cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy, and reaction time.

  3. Markers of good health in qualitative ways as well: good sleep, high energy, low cortisol, good poops.

  4. Nutrition on point: no added sugar, low caffeine and high fibre and protein.

#2 🧼 Hygiene & Grooming

For a couple of years I have become more aware of my hygiene and how I present. Things like the health, cleanliness and tidiness of my hair, nails, skin and clothing. I have worked on improving all my hygiene and grooming. I’m addicted to smelling good. I want to have a signature scent. I don’t want to be fancy, but I want to have a simple, seemingly effortless elevation.

Which Ironically this is not simple at all. And can truly amaze how much people like being around people who appear put together.

#3 📸 Interests & 🌊Travel

What is the spice of life, if not doing things that interest you with people who are also interested in those things? I have been a workaholic the last couple of years, which I find satisfaction in, but I also guard against too much. I do not want my identity to be work. It’s too one dimensional and boring. Have things going on, which make you interesting. I love surprising people with new random shit I do, because most people live NPC lives.
